Before You Arrive
The moment you make the decision to embark on this journey, the healing and transformation begins. After you contact me, we will have a phone conversation to determine your expectations and intentions. Why you are considering this, what is prompting this decision, what do you enjoy, what challenges you are facing in your life, what changes you would like to make, what information would you like to receive, your current health and lifestyle, etc. This will set in motion a powerful intention for your experience. From that point all we have to do is listen.
I will ensure you have all the information you need to make this trip flow effortlessly. I will guide you in finding the best prices on airfare, book your perfect bungalow, resort or private home for your stay, answer any questions you have about Thailand, where you will be staying, what to bring, what to wear, visa situation, etc.
When You Arrive
You will be greeted by myself at the ferry and taxied to your beautiful bungalow, resort or home on the beach. If you are coming for the 2 week getaway, the first 3 days, you may want to take time for yourself to relax, unwind, enjoy the Thai food and explore this wonderful island and the many activities available to you. You may even want to dive into ecstatic dance at the world famous “Full Moon Party.” Whatever your decide, Pat, a beautiful Thai woman and friend, will be your personal activities facilitator.
Then after a few days of relaxation and numerous $8 massages, we will meet to discuss beginning your detox/fast. Each fast is personally designed by myself as everyone is vibrating at different frequencies and with different intentions. Based on this information and the information from my guides, the perfect fast will be created for you. It may be raw foods and juices for some, and coconut water water and herbal teas for others. But depending on your reasons for fasting, most likely it will be a combination juices, teas, coconut water and soup broths, along with supplements, probiotics, enemas, etc.
During Your Fast
During your fast, we will meet everyday for at least two hours to enlighten you on the process of intuitive and guilt-free eating, fasting as a way of life, vibrational living, conscious creation and food as love.
Then because body, mind and emotions all create toxins that cause disease, we may also explore some/all of the following healing modalities throughout the week based on what surfaces.
- Gentle Yoga – to open the body & quiet the mind.
- Meditation & Guided Visualizations – to focus the mind on healing and creation.
- Shamanic Journeys – to meet with your guides and receive healing and power.
- Intestinal Massage - for releasing stuck emotions in the body.
- Ecstatic Dance - to help you let go and surrender.
- Medicine Journeys - to help you see beyond the illusion of your life.
- Soul Retrieval – healing of past wounds.
- Pranayama – to energize and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.
After our time together, you will have plenty of time to relax, enjoy a massage, cruise around the island on your scooter (when was the last time you drove a scooter???) or just kick back on your bungalow hammock and read a nice book.
After Your Fast
Once the 7 day fast is complete, you will still have two or three days to transition into your new healthy, supportive lifestyle. Breaking the fast is very important, and quite often the most transformative part of the whole process. By this point, you will have a thorough understanding of your physical and energetic body. With this new awareness will grow a new relationship with food, yourself and the world in which you have created. You will leave feeling empowered, relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to go back home with an healthy body, focused mind and an open heart. A journey that will be with you for years to come!
