Bio

An MBA graduate and lifelong natural health enthusiast, Patrick O’Connor has been assisting individuals in the transformation of their bodies, minds and emotions for the last 17 years.  Patrick spent much of his adult life battling suicidal depression; a painful gift that lead him to a profound and sudden spiritual awakening in June of 2000.  It was this life changing event that advanced Patrick’s work of the physical body into a deeper understanding of the holistic bodies and the effects that the connection to spirit has on ones physical, mental and emotional health and longevity.

Since then, he has submersed himself into the study and exploration of the spiritual aspects of our being, adopting practices such as meditation, fasting, soul journeying/retrieval and yoga.  He has studied with Shamans and Avatar Masters around the globe and is a certified Akashic Records Intuitive.  Patrick  eventually discovered fasting as the perfect catalyst to awaken and heal seekers on all levels.

Throughout the years, Patrick has assisted thousands of individuals in their own personal healings through his coaching, lectures and website.  He is a co-author with the likes of Wayne Dyer, Tony Robbins and Bill Harris in the soon to be release book, “Wake Up Moments:” the story of his transformation from darkness to light.  And in March ‘08, Patrick returned home from a 7-month solo backpacking journey throughout Southeast Asia.  His e-book, Journey to Nourish the Soul chronicles his adventure.

His path has currently led him to Sagada Philippines, where Patrick is sharing his knowledge and experience to create the Integrative Health Program at St. Theodore’s Hospital. He will also be facilitating a transformational retreat in 2009 in the Magical island of Bali.
