In order thrive during these times, we first need to cleanse ourselves of the physical, mental and emotional energies that often keeps us immersed in the illusion of separation and cause us to continue to live through the filters of  those outdated beliefs; the ones that we hold to be true about ourselves and others that are contrary to our souls inherent knowing.

Come join us for 7 days as we immerse ourselves into an experience of spiritual fasting, kundalini yoga & meditation, native plant medicine, Ayahuasca and other sacred practices to cleanse on all levels that which blocks the realization of your true self and brings forth the manifestation of your souls unique expression in this time of global transformation. In a beautiful retreat setting, you are immersed into this vibration for 7 days, giving you the time and space to let go of the noise and allow the remembering of your essential being to take root, creating a lasting shift in your awareness and life.

During the 7 day Conscious Cleanse, you will experience…

 

• A guided, personalized fast based on your intentions, current health and lifestyle.  Depending on your needs, eachcleansewill consist of fresh, organic juices, herbal teas, vegetable soup broths, herbs from Arise & Shine and psyllium husk/bentonite clay shakes to aid in the elimination of toxins.
• Liver flush with epsom salts and olive oil to remove forming gall stones.
• Simple kundalini yoga practices that you can easily integrate into your life to help you stay centered and in tune.
• 2 Ayahuasca Ceremonies (optional) – Wisdom and healing with the master plant teacher, Mother Ayahuasca.
• Integration sessions to help you understand, process and integrate your ayahuasca ceremonies.
• Guided Meditations to enable you to quickly quiet the mind and connect with your deepest wisdom & truth.
• Practices to bring forth the manifestation of your soul’s deepest calling and greatest joy.

WHERE:

You will stay at Melissa Wasi, a bed and breakfast house located near the base of the temples of Pisac, Peru, 40 minutes from

Cusco city. The house is surrounded by the massive mountains called “Apus” in the very center of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. It is one kilometer from the village of Pisac which is well known for its Sunday market place and its beautiful, simple people.

Each bedroom is shared double occupancy, bathrooms with hot water 24 hours a day, and electricity. Your view will include the sacred mountains (Apus), farm lands and the Pisac temples.  The peace, serenity and beauty will have you feeling like you have just been transported to Pandora from Avatar. The perfect location for a deep transformation to occur.

COST:

starting at $700*

The price includes 7 nights accommodation* at Melissa Wasi in shared room, all retreat activities except ayahuasca ceremonies*, including all juices, soups, herbs, classes, workshops & discussions.

*Double standard room $700  -  Double deluxe $875  -  Single deluxe $1175

The standard rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable with a modern, shared bathroom detached (just a few steps) from the room. The deluxe rooms have upgraded beds, sheets, comforters and have their own private bathrooms.

*Ayahuasca Ceremonies are $65 each and are charged separately to give you the option to attend 1 or both.

There are no other charges unless you would like take advantage of body / energy work from some of the gifted members of our family here in the valley or some of the other supportive offerings such as colonics, heated pool, sauna/steam room.

SCHEDULE:

We will begin at 8am on the first day and end around 1pm on the final day. You will want to arrive on location and check in the day prior to the listed retreat starting day. This evening is included in the cost.
