And like myself, you undoubtedly have a deep desire to continue your personal and spiritual development. It is definitely the next level of purification and consciousness for many, but certainly not for all. However at this level of awareness, the answer is usually pretty clear. Doubts of whether or not you are ready may creep in. This is perfectly natural and a part of the process. Simply, take time to be silent and make your decision with an open heart. Led by Shaman, Diego Palma of Peru, the 6 day “Vine of the Soul” retreat is for those people who seek a responsible way of spiritually opening to greater self awareness and higher consciousness. This powerful experience will offer the key to ancestral shamanic practices which will lead you to amplified states of consciousness (light) and the opportunity for a much needed holistic cleansing in order to embody a deeper connection with your true self.
During the retreat, there will be 3 sacred evening ceremonies integrated in a harmonic process with discussion sessions (satsang) on the following days. Each ceremony will produce a profound reaction in the body, mind and spirit, giving you the opportunity to release emotional blocks, face and transcend your darkest fears and connect with your deepest truth. Aside from the ceremonies, you will have plenty of time to enjoy a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach, the nature of the jungle, time to connect with your new brothers and sisters, yoga sessions on location and lectures/discussions to deepen your awareness of yourself and the life in which you are creating.

Who
Feeling safe and supported is crucial when exploring at this level of consciousness. The spiritual guide for your journey will be Shaman, Diego Palma of Peru. Diego has been facilitating retreats for over 10 years and has participated in over a thousand ceremonies. With Diego leading the ceremonies and his beautiful angel, Milagros by his side, your journeys will be safe, loving and supportive… providing the space for deep healing and transformation to occur.
Where
The location choice is integral to holding the space for the group energy and transformation. The journey will be held at a retreat center at an undisclosed location on the in northern tip of the magical island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. The location is a peaceful and natural resort only 100m from a beautiful, quiet beach. The ceremonies will take place on a space nestled within nature, with a stunning view of the sea. The bungalows on site are nice, clean, basic Thai style wooden rooms, with their own private bathrooms.
You will have the option of staying on location during the whole retreat (all inclusive) or if you live here on the island, commuting to and from. If you are staying on Koh Phangan, we will meet and leave from a designated area in Sritthanu at 9am June 1st. If you are traveling from abroad, you will want to fly into Bangkok, then either take the bus/boat or a flight from www.bangkokair.com to Koh Samui. Once in Koh Samui you will want to take the 8am Lompraya ferry on June 1st at the latest to Thongsala pier (Koh Phangan), where someone will meet you there and guide you to the location. Go to www.lomprayah.com to check on ferry schedules from Koh Samui to Koh Pha-Ngan (Tongsala pier). There are 3 ferries a day going to and from, so it is pretty effortlessly to get back and forth. NOTE: Due to the intensity of the journeys and the heart opening that takes place, we highly recommend choosing the “all inclusive” option to allow yourself the time and space to integrate. However, there are a limited number of bungalows available on site, so if you want the all inclusive option, contact us today.
IMPORTANT: Staying at the retreat center on the night of the ceremonies is mandatory. You will not be allowed to drive a motorbike afterward, so if you are not choosing/able to stay at the center for the week, you will be required to camp out on the platform or you can bring a tent and camp out on the beach on those evenings at no additional cost. Failure to comply with this will result in non-participation the rest of the retreat.
When
The retreat will begin on the morning June 1st at 9am and the final celebration will be held on the evening of June 6th. If you are staying on Koh Phangan, we will meet and leave from a designated area in Sritthanu at 9am on June 1st. If you are traveling from abroad, you will want to fly into Koh Samui and take the 8am Lompraya ferry On June 1st to Thongsala pier, where someone will meet you there and guide you to the location.

Costs
Although there are many expenses involved in arranging for this rare event to happen here, my intention is to make it financially feasible for all those interested. Therefore, I have priced the retreat well below what you could expect to pay anywhere else in the world for this type of journey. The cost of the “all inclusive” retreat is only 27,900thb (approx. $850) per person for single accommodation or 21,900thb (approx. $660) with shared accommodations. However, if you do not want to stay or eat at the center, your cost will only be 18,900thb (approx. $570). Whichever you decide, please complete the registration requirements and pay your deposit (3,000tbh) as soon as possible as room/space is limited!
NOTE: Additional nights at the resort (before or after retreat) are available for 500tbh/night (room only).
Includes:
- 3 evening ceremonies and 3 integration sessions w/ Diego.
- All Thai cooked, vegetarian meals, drinks and snacks. (we will only eat breakfast on day of the ceremonies – fasting on fruits, juice, coconut and drinking water the rest of the day)***
- Accommodation (shared or single) in basic bungalows w/ own bathroom, fans & king size bed. ***
- Snorkeling trip to neighboring islands.*** (500tbh for non-inclusive participants)
- Use of the resort and platform for the entire week.
- All other activities throughout the retreat (lectures, yoga, movies, final ceremony, etc).
- Unlimited support, sharing, fun, love, laughter and guidance.
- Massages will be available for 300bht.
- Meals with the group (for non-inclusive participants) are available for 150tbh each or 300tbh/day.

Preparations
In preparation for this profound experience, we highly suggest you prepare both physically and psychologically. The cleansing effect and strength of the visionary experience can be greatly enriched by one’s commitment to these preparations.
We recommend the participants considerably reduce/eliminate the eating of meat, dairy, salt, sugar and chili in order to prepare your body for the ceremonies at least a week in advance. Complete abstinence from pork and lard for up to two weeks prior to the first ceremony is recommended. Also, abstain from drinking alcohol. caffeine and taking any other substances which cloud your consciousness and continue these preparations for at least two weeks after the final ceremony.
Sexual abstinence is also a traditional requirement of the ceremonies. We recommend abstinence from “non-tantric” sexual activity for a few days prior to the retreat, and to continue a day or two after the last ceremony in order to retain our vital energies for cleansing and healing.
As a psychological preparation, we recommend doing some type of contemplative practices such as meditation or yoga, that bring you moments of reflection about your upcoming transcendental experience.
What to Bring
- Adequate clothing for one week, including long pants and shirts that may make the journeys more comfortable. There will be laundry services available for a small fee.
- “BYOB” – you may want to bring your own Blankets with you during the ceremonies. Please bring your own cushions if you can.
- Cover from the sun (hat, sunscreen or thin, long clothing).
- Mosquito repellent.
- Hiking shoes if you plan on going into the jungle.
- Any special items for your room or alter. Candles, incense, crystals, pictures, etc.
- Musical instruments, snorkeling equipment, etc – yoga mats will be on site.
Registration
- Send a short email with your reasons for wanting to attend this retreat. Please include your experience of spiritual/contemplative practices and let us know about any serious medical, psychological or drug dependency problems you may suffer from. If you are taking any prescription drugs, please let us know that as well.
- Once we review your email, we will contact you to confirm your participation and ask for any additional information necessary.
- Once confirmed, click on the Paypal button below to reserve your place as participation is limited or email me to pay in person. Deposit is 3,000 baht and is non-refundable after May 16th. The balance will be due on the morning of June 1st.
