About
“The biggest problem facing the world today is spiritual deprivation. . .this feeling of emptiness associated with feeling separate from God, and from all our sisters and brothers on planet Earth.” -Mother Teresa
Patrick O’Connor has been assisting individuals in the transformation of their bodies and minds for the last 17 years. His passion for natural health began at the age of twenty five when his mother passed away. At only 50 years of age, her death was a result of medications that she had been on for different ailments. It was at this point in his life Patrick realized that there had to be a better way to maintain and restore health. He has since dedicated his life to holistic healing to ensure others live a life of optimal health and well-being.
In June of 2000, after a profound and sudden spiritual awakening, his work evolved into a deeper study of human consciousness, with specific interests and training in spirituality, fasting & meditation. Since then, Patrick has been guiding others into a deeper understanding of their holistic bodies and the effects that the connection to spirit has on their health and longevity. Patrick believes, “by clearing our antennae, we enable the body’s natural healing intelligence to emerge.” “This is the key to effortlessly healing and maintaining optimal health.”
An MBA graduate, Patrick has spoken, coached and shared with thousands of individuals throughout North America ways in which to manifest their hearts desires with effortless ease. The power of the mind to create our reality has always fascinated him. This fascination has led him down a road exploring extended periods mediation, fasting, deprivation tanks, Shamanic journeys and trance dance.
In March ‘08, Patrick returned home from a 7-month pilgrimage throughout Southeast Asia. His e-book, Journey to Nourish the Soul chronicles his adventure. Now back in the US, he leads The Way of the Superior Man Meetup Group in Orlando based on David Deida’s best selling book, facilitates Spirit Trance Dance , which is a combination of yoga, meditation and Shamanic Trance Dance and coaches individuals in the cleansing and rebuilding of their bodies/lives. He is also a New Warrior with the ManKind Project.
Patrick is a co-author with the likes of Wayne Dyer, Tony Robbins and Brian Tracey in the soon to be release book, “Wake Up Moments,” an anthology of individual awakenings. For fun, Patrick enjoys exploring and pushing himself just beyond his edge. He sees life as “The Great Experiment” and loves to experience as many firsts as possible.
