Many people find that unless they are supported/coached during their fast, they frequently fall short of their expected outcome. The truth is fasting only works to stir up the toxins, but without the tools to process and heal them, they will only settle once again.
I offer guidance (over the phone or in person) for those wanting to live a life in alignment with their highest calling. During our coaching, I utilizing fasting as a tool to open you up to the answers you desire. We all know what we need to know in order to live a life of limitless potential, but so few can actually hear those answers. Fasting quiets the noise so many use to drown out the sound of truth. From this space, the highest form of coaching ensues; creating joyful, effortless, purpose driven & inspired action!
