The Fasting Path

Happy Holidays Friends,

It’s that time of year;  celebration with family and friends, eating and drinking in the holiday cheer and reflecting on our past and dreaming of our future. And if you are anything like me when January 1st rolls around, I am ready to create the space for renewal of my body, mind and spirit!

So starting on January 5th, I will be conducting a New Year, New Life Juice Fast for anyone wanting to start off the New Year clearing the space for change.  The title was actually inspired by one of our truly inspirational cancer patients, Elizabeth Balalong.  Elizabeth has been on our Juice Fasting program here in the Philippines for over 30 days.  He treatment will end on Dec. 31st… the day she will begin her “New Year and New Life!”  (Click here to read her story!)

The juice fast will be guided by myself over a period of seven days with daily group support and information calls.  I will hold a “pre-fast” call on January 3rd at 8pm (est) to give you all the information you’ll need to ensure you successfully complete your fast and answer any questions you may have.  Then starting on January 5th, I will hold daily calls at 8pm (est) for 7 straight days designed to intensitfy your intentions for 2009.  You may want to fast for 3 days, 7 days, 10 days or longer…  the choice is yours.  But rest assured, over the 7 days you will discover the flow of your life.

The fee is only $149.  This includes 7 days of coaching with daily calls and support and a series of 4 e-books (Fasting, Eating in Freedom, The Perfect Diet for Weight Loss, Vitality and Health, and Extreme Health Recipes) from my fellow program director here in Sagada, Tom Coghill.  Also, you will want to purchase an enema kit from your local pharmacy (yes, you will want to use it) and a juicer if you do not have one.  If you want some recommendations on which juicer to buy, click here.

Once you sign up through Paypal, you will immediately be redirected to the download page for your e-books and will receive a confirmation email with the conference number for the calls.
