Many people find that unless they are supported/coached during their fast, they frequently fall short of their expected outcome. The truth is fasting only works to stir up the toxins, but without the tools to process and heal them, they will only settle once again.
I offer guidance for those wanting to live a life in alignment with their highest calling. During our coaching, I utilizing fasting as a tool to open you up to the answers you desire. We all know what we need to know in order to live a life of limitless potential, but so few can actually hear those answers. Fasting quiets the noise so many use to drown out the sound of truth. From this space, the highest form of coaching ensues; creating joyful, effortless, purpose driven & inspired action!

PERSONAL FASTING RETREAT
I provide a personal fasting retreat experience if you are wanting to completely remove yourself from the noise of the world and enjoy your own sacred journey. You may come to the Philippines and stay at the beautiful and secluded Rock Inn in Sagada. You will enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the majestic mountains of Sagada, where you will go within and become one with the sound of nature. During your stay, we will work together everyday (3-5 hours) where your will learn and utilize ancient spiritual tools (pranayama, soul journeying/retrieval, akashic records, energy work, yoga & meditation) to peel away the layers, recollecting your soul and opening you up to the world beyond the senses.
Cost: $895 (includes everything including coaching/support/teachings, your own room with private bath/hot water & daily yoga/meditation) Travel to and from Sagada will be your only additional expense.

AKASHIC RECORDS READINGS
During a fast is a great time to connect with the Ascended Masters, your Teachers, Angels and Loved ones. The Akashic Records are like the DNA of the universe. They are the soul’s journey over time, so every thought, word, and deed is registered in the Akashic Records. Each soul has its own Akashic Record, and there are collective records of all souls or all journeys.
The information in the Akashic Records helps us bring our past, present and future in to the “now”. By accessing the Akashic records, we can identify and release anything that we have created, that has become a block to our present realization of our oneness with God. We can look at why we have addictive patterns, why we choose the relationships we do, why we have created our habitual responses, and how to create action in our lives instead of re action.
I visited the Ascended Masters during my journey into the Light. It wasn’t till I traveled to Bali with a Shaman in June of 2007 that I learned this powerful tool for reading and helping others receive their own messages. Readings are typically 45 - 75 minutes long depending on your questions and the answers provided. I charge $75 for a reading and if you would like to learn this sacred prayer to open your own records, we will spend approximately 5 hours on the phone ( 5 sessions) working in the energy of Akasha so you may meet and converse with your teachers on an ongoing basis. The charge for this is $295.

As more and more people continue to awaken around the globe, I see my role as a teacher and guide becoming more important. When I ascended into the light, I was not sure what had happened, where to go next or how to integrate it into my life.
A part of my life’s purpose is to now share this experience with as many people as possible to help guide them with their own transformation.
